Frequently asked questions
Which email apps does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook (web, new and classic), Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mobile apps. Signatures are built with email-safe tables, inline styles and PNG icons.
How does each person install their signature?
They open their signature page, click “Copy” and paste it into their email app. We include step-by-step instructions for every app, and you can export them for the whole team.
Do I need a card for the trial?
14 days free for up to 10 users, no card required. When the trial ends you pay per user or once for lifetime; if you do not, the account becomes read-only and installed signatures keep working.
How is the price calculated?
Each user is charged at the price of its tier: the first 10 at 1 €, up to user 50 at 0,75 € and the rest at 0,50 € a month. Shared mailboxes count as users, and the amount adjusts by itself when your team changes. Paying yearly, you get two months free.
What is lifetime?
A single payment of 60 months per user, with the same tiers and no renewals. If your team grows, you only pay for the new users.
How does the AI work and what does it cost?
You buy a pack of AI tokens once, with no subscription, and each design uses tokens according to what it really costs. Every generation tells you what it used and what is left, and you can turn on automatic top-up with the pack and threshold you choose.
Can I bring the signature we already use?
Yes. Paste its HTML and the AI rebuilds it with our blocks: your photo, logo, columns, contact icons and legal text are kept, and each person’s details become placeholders so it works for the whole team. You see it next to the original before using it.
Why is there a naranjatec banner in new signatures?
New accounts start with a small campaign that invites recipients to create their own signature. It is a normal campaign: pause it or delete it in Campaigns whenever you like and your own banners take its place.
Can I change the banner without reinstalling signatures?
Yes. Banners, scheduled messages, QR codes and icons are live images: you change them in the app and every installed signature updates.
Is our data safe?
Data is separated per company, served over HTTPS and processed under the GDPR, with a data processing agreement included. Signature images use no cookies.
